Management Team

Pritchard Englefield’s management team brings a strong blend of legal, commercial, financial and people-related skills to both the day-to-day decisions and long-term strategy of the firm. The team comprises Stuart McInnes MBE (managing partner), David Glass (senior partner) and Wendy Morgan (HR manager).

We have regular partner meetings where our partners consider all major decisions regarding the future of our firm. In line with our democratic culture, Pritchard Englefield also has a number of well-established committees that draw on all areas and levels of the firm.

We have professional groups focusing on our French, German and Chinese markets as well as a marketing committee and a social committee. These teams are charged with both day-to-day and strategic matters relating to the development of our firm.
