Your Training and Development Trainees are supported by the Trainee Panel. In your first seat you will have a second year trainee “buddy” to help you settle in and, in your second seat, you will be able to choose a mentor from other members of the Pritchard Englefield team.
You can expect more partner supervision than you might find in larger firms. You will work as a member of a departmental team and are likely to share a room with other trainees or trainee foreign lawyers.
