Bryan Bletso

I am a partner in the Corporate and Commercial team department and joint head of the Sports and Leisure team. I advise UK and overseas businesses on everyday English business law issues, as well as specialising in M&A work, joint ventures, group reorganisations and reconstruction work.

As well as my Sports and Leisure client base I work for businesses in a broad spread of industries including transport, technology, telecoms, and business support. My recent work has included advising a multinational business in a group reorganisation, acting for a UK transport business in acquiring a fellow UK haulage business, advising UK individuals in acquiring a UK software support business from its administrator, and negotiating a joint venture agreement between two entrepreneurial UK clients. As well as representing UK clients, I regularly act for European and North American clients.

I am a committee member of large youth football club, Brockham Badgers FC, as well as managing an Under 13 boys side in a Sussex league. I am also a committee member of Dorking FC, a senior non league football club playing at level 5 of the football pyramid in the Combined Counties Football League.
