Bryan Bletso

I am a partner in the Corporate and Commercial team. I advise UK and overseas businesses on everyday English business law issues, as well as specialising in M&A work, joint ventures, group reorganisations and reconstruction work.

I work for businesses in a broad spread of industries including transport, software, technology, IT, telecoms, and business support. My recent work has included advising a North American software group in an acquisition and joint venture in the UK, a UK software company acquire a fellow UK software business, a German company acquire a UK research company and a UK department store group acquire a company operating department stores in London and the Home Counties. As well as representing UK clients, I regularly act for European and North American clients.

I also have an interest and experience in sports and leisure clients and I am joint head of the Sports and Leisure team.

I am a committee member of large youth football club, Brockham Badgers FC, as well as managing an Under 16 boys side in a Sussex league.
