David Glass

I am the Firm’s Senior Partner and head of the Corporate and Commercial department. My work includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, AIM and other public listings, joint ventures, general commercial contracts, shareholders agreements, shareholders disputes (non-contentious). I work with all types of companies - private and public, small, medium and large, and directors and shareholders. Much of my work has a general cross-border element but I also act for many UK domestic companies.

I write and lecture extensively for the British Polish Chamber of Commerce and other organisations. I am a Governor of Hackney Community College and have developed a specialism in the further education sector and the not-for-profit and charities sectors generally.
