Frances Sieber

I am a partner and head of the Family department at Pritchard Englefield. I specialise in all aspects of private family work with particular emphasis on divorce, cross border issues, financial disputes between high net worth individuals and children. I am particularly interested in cohabitation law covering both unmarried couples and same sex relationships. Our clients come from all walks of life but we frequently act for families in the banking and finance sector, and company directors of small to middle size businesses. I seek to take the hostility out of relationship breakdown and promote early settlement. I am accredited by Resolution as a family lawyer and am also a qualified Collaborative lawyer. I served nine years as treasurer of an Islington-based charity supporting a local youth club and continue on the management committee of the Rose Bowl Youth Club.
