Geraldine Fabre

I am a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial team. I have wide experience in a broad range of corporate transactions, including the Plus and AIM markets and private equity as well as general corporate advisory work.

I have experience of commercial and transactional work in the IT sector, where I can draw on my previous role as in-house counsel in this sector. Additionally, I advise clients in heavily regulated industries such as utilities and construction. Many of my clients are multinational and I regularly advise on cross-border corporate and commercial matters and assist clients to develop their businesses in the UK.

I am the Vice-President of the Young French Commerce of Great-Britain,  a member of the management committee of the Franco-British Lawyers Society and the firm’s representative at the International Association of Young Lawyers/Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats.
