I am a partner specialising in Personal Injury Litigation and Family Law. I am a member of the SRAs Specialist Personal injury panel and of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association). On the Personal Injury side, I deal with both defendant and claimant cases. Many of my cases involve cross-border disputes and cases with a European element, where I act for many European insurance companies, commercial (haulage) claimants and private individuals. I have dealt with cases involving very serious injury and fatal accidents, including brain damage, paraplegia, and also handle a range of injury claims from road traffic to employers liability and occupiers liability. My family law cases also often involve an international element and I handle European jurisdiction disputes as well as all aspects of financial claims on divorce, and some private law children claims.
