I am a partner in our Corporate and Commercial team where I specialise in mergers and acquisitions, advice on business structures and general commercial work. A substantial part of my work has an international flavour and I work for businesses from a variety of sectors, for example manufacturing, technology, media and telecoms and business support services.
My clients are often mid-size/owner-managed business or larger corporations and many of them come from the German-speaking countries or from North-America.
However, I also act for a number of UK based businesses and for a number of charities and not-for-profit organisations and I welcome enquiries from enterprises from all walks of life.
I play an active role in developing Pritchard Englefield's international connections with professionals from all over the World.
